Dr. David LeBlanc grew up in Thunder Bay, Ontario, Canada and graduated from the University of Minnesota, Duluth campus in 1968. He taught in the public school system in Columbia Heights, Minnesota for twelve years. He was saved in the spring of 1977 and responded to God's call to the ministry in 1980. Dr. LeBlanc completed his Master of Divinity in 1983 from Liberty Baptist Seminary and his Doctor of Ministry in 1992 from Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary of Liberty University. He has been the pastor of Baltimore County Baptist Church/ now Living Hope Baptist Church in Reisterstown, Maryland since 1984 and has served on several Mission Boards since 1987. He and his wife Renee have two married sons and six grandchildren.
